UPDATED Chromebook Distribution Information for 10th-12th grade. Mrs. Robbins will hand them out Tuesday from 3-5 and then again hand them out at schedule pickup from 1-3 on Wednesday. Freshmen can pick up theirs Wednesday evening at 5:30 during the Freshman orientation meeting. Anyone else who does not pick up their Chromebook during the allotted times will receive theirs during the first day of class on July 31st as long as the Chromebook agreement paperwork has been filled out.

Less than ONE week until the start of the 2025-2026 School Year! 1. New Student Registration Appointments end tomorrow. 2. There is a volunteer work day at the school on Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm for community members and parents who want to help make the campus look great as a surprise for our returning students. If you have weed eaters or pressure washers, please bring them with you.

We are gearing up for another GREAT school year at OSHS. There are 3 weeks to go until our first day of school which is Thursday, July 31 which is a half day of school.

Registration for the 2025-2026 School year is live on the Roane County Schools Website! Current Roane County students need to update their information in order enroll for next year. New students to OSHS may register on the evening of Monday, May 19 or look for times to be posted here for registration on July 23-25.

We had a few more scholarships come in for the Class of 2025and wanted to take a moment to recognize these students. Altrusa of Oak Ridge has awarded Hope Moran a $1000 scholarship. Faith in Action Memorial Scholarship in memory of Blazer Beaumia has awarded Bryler Castleberry a scholarship for his excellent character. TN Scholars Ava Brown and Scarlett Ruffner each received a $500 scholarship and Jada Parson received the Roane State TN Scholars $500 scholarship. Congratulations to these students!
